Vicksburg Community Schools Football Camp
Parents, want to get your kid warmed up and ready for the football season? Vicksburg High School offers an amazing Summer Football Clinic that will teach your kid the basics and fundamentals of football. Clinics take place at the High School Football Stadium from July 22nd-25th and is organized by the VCS Community Education department. Vicksburg Rocket Football will be present on the last day of the clinic to answer any questions related to joining rocket football, as well help you get registered if you haven't done so. Since 2010, their programs have fostered the development of over 2,500 Division 1, 2, and 3 athletes from various sports, alongside nurturing 200+ professional athletes and positively impacting over 50,000 athletes.
ETS will be running a 2-day camp for us this season on August 6th and 8th, as well as joining us on some game days to show support for our program and athletes.
The camp will be broken up into 2 sessions per day, organized by age ranges each session. Tackle participants will be on one day, and flag on the other. The camp will cost only $25 per kid!
At this camp the focus will be:
*Dynamic Movement Prep
*Linear & Lateral Speed
*Position Based Drills – QB, RB, WR , CB, LB , O-line , D-line

The first session will begin at 1:00pm for 3rd/4th division.
The second session will begin at 3:30pm for 5th/6th division.
August 8th (Flag)
The first session begins at 1:00pm for kids 5-8yr
The second session begins at 3:30pm for 9-12yr
Be sure to dress appropriate for the camp. Shorts, shirt, and good shoes. Cleats are preferred but not required. Bring plenty of water.
